With a bit more plot...

With a bit more of a plot, this would have been great. Keep working on it. Your strong points are the graphics and the voice-acting.

Never played Metal Gear, but loved this

You don't need to have ever played Metal Gear to enjoy this movie. It's hilarious. The timing, the facial expressions, the randomness, and the voices are perfect. The graphics are not excellent, but that only adds to the charm. This is comedic gold.

A decent game

It was a decent game -- well presented, and with good graphics. I have to admit, however, that I got bored pretty soon. It didn't quite have the flow of Super Smash Bros., which I assume you were copying (nothing wrong with that). There should have been more attack options. The AI also seemed a bit dumb, but maybe it would be more fun with two human players. An excellent effort, overall. A little tweaking, and this game could be perfect.
